經過雙循環賽後，2018-2019年Open League的冠軍終於誕生了，第一名由HeyYO!!隊以39
HeyYO!!隊的隊員包括Baron Ng、Billy Fung、Damon Chan、Joyce Tung、KF Mak、Peter Yeung、Roger Ling、Tony Lau、WK Lai和Wong Kon。翻看紀錄，從1989年至今，這次是WK Lai第10次奪得Open League冠軍，平了著名橋手Alan Sze所創的紀錄，雙雙成Open League冠軍紀錄保持者。
至於第二名，則由Vincent Li隊以384.2VP奪得，第三名是AVIA FINANCIAL隊，他們共得359.47VP。恭喜各得獎隊
