NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Contract Bridge Association Limited will be held on December 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at 20/F, Kelly Commercial Centre, 570-572 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.

Nominations for the posts of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer must be filed on the attached nomination form and email to hkcbaadm@hkcba.org by December 22, 2021. Nominations for Council Members are taken up at the Annual General Meeting. A list of current Council Members is attached for your ease of reference.

Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting can fill in the proxy form attached and email to hkcbaadm@hkcba.org by December 22, 2021.

The Council has decided to resume the remaining 2 matches of Invitational Team 2019-2020 in Nov.  You can refer to the schedule in Tournament Calendar.

Understand that there may be concern to join the tournament under pandemic, the Council accepted the withdrawl of the tournament in case director receives withdrawal notice 3 days prior to the tournament.

Given that the Typhoon Signal no 3 is hoisting and expected no 8 is approaching, the Jumpin Gym U.S.A. IMP Pairs (12-Oct) will be cancelled.

Please note that the Asian Games 2022 trial (Mixed Series) is now open for registration.

6 pairs will be shortlisted to participate in Stage 2. Once an athlete has been shortlisted, the athlete will not be able to participate in the trial for Mixed Team.
