We are recruiting new youth coaches. There are 3 positions opened, 1 coach each for the U21, U26 and Girls categories. Interested members please send your bridge CV, and a training plan to youth@hkcba.org, indicating which position you are applying for. Applicants may apply for more than 1 position. The training plan should include, but not limited to the following:
1. Please propose a 6-month training plan for at least 1 category of youth representatives (U21, U26 or Girls) Indicating the desired size of your target group.
2. How will you address to the common problems among the current youth players
Requirements:
- Ranking of life master or above at HKCBA, and
- At least 1 year of bridge teaching or coaching experience.
An interview will be arranged with candidates who have a training plan that the selection panel considers appropriate. Details of the training plan will be discussed during the interview.

Upon reviewing the effectiveness and considering feedbacks on the Pairs selection trial format launched last year, the Council has decided to change the selection of Youth Representatives for APBF Youth Championship (U16, U21, U26 Girls, U26 Open, U31) back to teams format from year 2026 onwards.
